Are you an experienced F&O professional looking for your next challenge in a dynamic, international environment? Our client, a global organisation headquartered in Stockholm, is seeking an F&O Specialist to join their Product & Tech team.

The Opportunity:
As F&O Specialist, you'll take ownership of a dedicated solution area within the F&O platform, including related ISV solutions. You'll act as a bridge between IT and business functions, ensuring the F&O system supports operational needs and strategic objectives. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive business transformation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and optimise a dedicated solution area within the F&O system, aligning with business processes, strategy, and goals.
* Collaborate with global stakeholders to design and enhance the F&O template.
* Act as gatekeeper for incoming requirements, maintaining system harmonisation and alignment.
* Oversee continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring changes and local deviations fit the global solution template.
* Monitor F&O platform updates, releases, and new features, evaluating their relevance and impact.
* Assess and manage the influence of ISVs on F&O solutions and associated business processes.
* Advise the business on process optimisation and recommend F&O-driven improvements for operational efficiency.
* Train and support super users.
* Maintain documentation of the F&O solution.

About You:
You bring deep system knowledge, relevant business and industry expertise, and a proactive approach to supporting F&O implementation, rollouts, and ongoing maintenance. Experience working as a trusted advisor and driving process optimisation is essential.

Reporting Line:
Reports to the Head of F&O.
