They are looking for an Application & Systems Manager with a strong focus on the Microsoft ecosystem (ERP, CRM, and related tools). Their headquarters is based just outside Copenhagen, with a collaborative team environment and colleagues across subsidiaries and partners in multiple markets. IT is positioned as a central enabler of growth, and this role sits within a strategy-focused team with direct exposure to senior leadership.

Key Areas of Responsibility

* Architecture & Integration - Ensure enterprise applications are well-structured, secure, and integrated within the IT landscape.
* Digital Roadmap - Work with leadership to translate business needs into IT priorities and shape the long-term application strategy.
* Project & Program Management - Monitor project progress, track dependencies, coordinate vendor reporting, and manage IT governance processes.
* Vendor & Support Oversight - Act as the primary contact for external providers, manage contracts, and oversee incident resolution.
* Security & Compliance - Support audits, documentation, and implementation of best practices across the application landscape.
* Change Management - Play an active role in ensuring smooth implementation of system changes with minimal disruption.

What We're Looking For

* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP, CRM) or comparable enterprise systems.
* Understanding of data tools such as Power Platform, APIs, or reporting dashboards is an advantage.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
* Effective communicator with a proactive, collaborative mindset.
* A background in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in application or systems management is ideal, though ambitious candidates with less experience will also be considered.
