We're working with a leading Managed Services provider seeking experienced IT Support Analysts across Levels 1, 2, and 3. These full-time, onsite roles are based in Sydney's CBD and ideal for candidates with a strong customer focus and technical capability.
What You'll Do:

Provide hands-on IT support across Microsoft 365, Windows, Azure & Linux
*
Support users via phone, remote access and on-site
*
Troubleshoot desktop, server, and network issues
*
Work with virtualisation tech (Hyper-V, VMware) and monitoring tools
*
Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to client projects
What You'll Need:
*
Previous experience in an MSP or fast-paced support role
*
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and Linux environments
*
Exposure to Azure, Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365
*
Ability to prioritise and resolve issues independently
*
Excellent communication and documentation skills
