A leading global data and artificial intelligence company is seeking a Data Solutions Lead to join their Data Management practice in London. This is a client-facing, strategic role designed for a professional who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.

The Data Solutions Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping compelling, data-driven solutions that address complex client challenges. The role involves leading responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other proposals, working closely with sales teams, solution architects, and delivery leads to ensure solutions are technically sound, commercially viable, and aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end responses to client proposals by translating requirements into solution blueprints and narratives.

Collaborate with sales, architects, pricing teams, and delivery SMEs to shape solutions that deliver business value.
*

Conduct discovery workshops and client interviews to clarify requirements and ensure shared understanding across internal teams.
*

Coordinate inputs across global teams, validate assumptions, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality proposals and presentations.
*

Develop and maintain reusable solution components, proposal templates, and value propositions tailored to data management and cloud transformation.
*

Present solution concepts during pre-sales engagements, including client orals and Q&A sessions.
*

Track proposal timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
*

Stay current with industry trends in data platforms, cloud technologies, and data governance to inform solution design.

Experience:

*

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
*

Proven experience in pre-sales, solutioning, or consulting within data management, analytics, or cloud transformation.
*

Strong understanding of data platforms, data integration, governance, and cloud-native architectures.
*

Demonstrated ability to lead complex proposals across multiple stakeholders and geographies.
*

Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
*

Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives

Preferred Skills:

*

Experience in insurance, financial services, or healthcare sectors.
*

Exposure to cloud-based data solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP).
*

Familiarity with proposal automation tools or knowledge management platforms.
*

Understanding of FinOps, Generative AI, or data observability concepts.
