New permanent end user role - D365 F&O Finance Systems Manager



This role leads the direction, performance, and continuous improvement of enterprise finance systems (including D365 finance and operations), ensuring they effectively support business operations in a scalable and efficient way. A strong emphasis is placed on reducing manual effort, improving data reliability, and leveraging modern technologies to enhance productivity.



Tasks:



* Oversee core finance platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, ensuring seamless integration with operational systems and accurate, automated capture of transactions, revenue, payments, and spend across a complex environment

* Identify and implement opportunities to streamline finance processes through automation and emerging technologies, improving efficiency, reducing manual effort, and enhancing productivity

* Ensure systems support strong financial controls, compliant accounting treatment, and reliable reconciliation processes across high-volume and multi-entity operations

* Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, technology, and operations to translate business needs into scalable system solutions, while supporting system changes, enhancements, and testing

* Improve the quality and accessibility of financial data for reporting and decision-making, while supporting users through training, documentation, and continuous system improvement





Main requirements:

* Strong hands-on experience with enterprise ERP platforms, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, alongside exposure to reporting and performance management tools

* Demonstrated background working across finance systems, transformation initiatives, or financial operations within complex, evolving environments

* Solid understanding of end-to-end financial data flows, including revenue, cash movements, expenses, and general ledger governance

* Proven ability to improve system connectivity and reduce manual processes through integration and automation in high-volume or data-intensive settings

* Interest in, or experience with, leveraging intelligent tools and advanced automation to enhance finance processes and decision-making

* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across both technical and non-technical teams
