    The Opportunity

    * Experience with MDM, data cataloguing, and lineage management.
    * Skilled in designing metadata-driven ingestion and transformation pipelines.
    * Proven track record in agile delivery environments (SCRUM, PRINCE2, Lean).
    * Excellent communication skills-able to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
    * Passion for emerging technologies and data innovation.

    Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced GP to BC Implementation Specialist to lead the migration from Microsoft Dynamics GP to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ERP implementations, data migration, process re-engineering, and end-user training. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to the modern Business Central environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    *

    Lead the end-to-end migration process from Microsoft Dynamics GP to Dynamics 365 Business Central.
    *

    Conduct system analysis and mapping between GP data structures and BC entities.
    *

    Develop and execute data migration strategies, including cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
    *

    Configure and customize Business Central modules to meet business requirements.
    *

    Collaborate with stakeholders to document business processes and translate them into system functionality.

    Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, customizations, and third-party solution deployment.

    Required Qualifications:
