Job Description:

A dynamic and experienced Technical Lead with a strong background in .NET and Azure is being sought to join a growing team. This role requires a balance of hands-on development and managerial responsibilities, with an emphasis on driving technical excellence and fostering team growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Development (50%):

* Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust .NET applications.
* Ensure the high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
* Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

*

Management (50%):

* Oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
* Coordinate with project managers, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure successful project delivery.
* Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure best practices are followed.
* Stay current with industry trends and advancements to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Team Lead, or similar role.
* Extensive experience with .NET framework and C# development.
* Strong expertise in Azure cloud services and architecture.
* Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
* Experience with agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
* Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
* Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL Server and NoSQL databases.
* Understanding of security best practices and performance tuning.
