Senior Java Developer

The Company

My client is a groundbreaking Norwegian Simulation company. They are seeking an experienced Java developer join the team in Ålesund, to help build a data driven open-world simulation product for urban planning.

The Role

As a key team member, you will help shape their scalable, reliable, and efficient mobility simulation infrastructure, working closely with their cloud platform.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have some or all of the following:

* 5+ years Java experience
* Experience coding in Python
* An aptitude for working with data
* Knowledge of ETL Processes
* Knowledge of Data Science/Machine Learning Techniques
* An interest in urban planning, transport, simulation or civil engineering
