Full Stack Developer (.NET/TypeScript/Python) - Trondheim

The Company:

A prominent energy market consultancy in Northern Europe the client equips major stakeholders with essential insights and data crucial for critical market decisions such as investment, production planning, and trading, utilizing internally developed software tools. Covering a wide spectrum within the power market, from short-term weather forecasting to long-term projections like expected hydrogen production in 2050, the client works with companies across utilities, traders, TSOs, investment funds, and public energy agencies, leveraging a combination of knowledge, curiosity, and in-house modelling and analytical tools.

The Role:

Contribute to the development of a web-based SaaS product tailored for electricity markets, overseeing the entire spectrum from data loading to user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

* Play a pivotal role in the development of the product.
* Collaborate with power market analysts and data scientists in a team-oriented environment.
* Build the complete stack of the data-driven product, linking data to models and providing results to end-users.
* Create attractive, informative, and functional user interfaces to enhance the customer experience.

The Person:

* Background in computer science with a bachelor's or master's degree in IT.
* Proficient in the modern .NET/ASP.NET Core stack.
* Strong front-end development skills with a focus on rich UIs. Excellent knowledge of React/Typescript, with experience in MobX considered an advantage.
* Proficiency working with data, with a solid knowledge of SQL.
* Knowledge of Python and data processing libraries is an advantage.
