Position: Technical Lead

Location: Trondheim, Norway

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and mentor a team of developers, driving best practices in software development.
* Design and architect scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using .NET (C#) and Angular.
* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of new features and enhancements.
* Ensure high code quality and enforce best practices in code reviews, testing, and documentation.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and frameworks, bringing new ideas to improve the team's performance and the product's quality.

Requirements:

* Proven experience with .NET (C#), ASP.NET Core, and Angular.
* Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience managing or leading a development team.
* Expertise in cloud solutions (preferably Azure), RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
* Solid understanding of database technologies and modern front-end development.
* A passion for clean code, best practices, and ensuring technical excellence.
* Strong communication skills, both in Norwegian and English.
