Job Description: D365 F&O Functional Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced D365 F&O Functional Delivery Manager to oversee the implementation and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations projects. Responsibilities include project management, functional expertise, requirement gathering, stakeholder management, team leadership, change management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. Qualifications include extensive experience in D365 F&O implementation, strong knowledge of functional modules, project management skills, analytical abilities, communication skills, and preferably, Microsoft certifications in D365 F&O. Responsibilities of the D365 F&O Functional Delivery Manager include:

* Overseeing the implementation and delivery of D365 F&O projects.
* Providing functional expertise and guidance on system configuration and solution design.
* Gathering and analyzing requirements, identifying gaps, and proposing effective solutions.
* Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
* Leading and mentoring a team of functional consultants.
* Driving change management activities and ensuring smooth transitions.
* Ensuring the quality of solutions through thorough testing and reviews.
* Identifying opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements.
