SC Cleared VMWare Engineer/SME - Inside IR35 - 3 Months Rolling

Location - On-Site Wiltshire
Rate - Up to £480pd (Inside IR35)
Duration - 3 Months Rolling

My client has an opportunity for a Security Cleared VMWare Engineer/ SME to join them on a 3-month rolling contract.

Essential Skills:

* Security Clearance
* Deploy, troubleshoot and manage VMware vSphere environments.
* Strong understanding of vSphere components and concepts including ESXi, vCSA, Datacenters, Clusters, DRS, VDS, Content Libraries.
* Experience of VMware Cloud Foundation.
* Prior experience of with large-scale upgrades to vSphere environments.
* Experience with cloud management concepts.
* Strong understanding of Linux operating systems, ideally Photon
* Understanding of Hyper-converged infrastructure.
* Experience with VxRail.
* Understanding of networking concepts such as switching, dynamic routing, NAT and Firewalls.
* Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and tools.
* Experience with PKI.
