About Us:
Nigel Frank International is a leading IT recruitment company specializing in finding top talent for niche roles in the tech industry. We're currently working with one of our esteemed clients, an End User in the Services sector, to find a dynamic DAM Product Owner to join their team.

The Role:
As a DAM Product Owner, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of digital assets, from creation to distribution. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, prioritize features, and drive product development initiatives. This is a remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere while still being an integral part of our client's team headquartered in Milan, Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

* Define and prioritize product features based on customer needs and business objectives

* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories

* Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product enhancements

* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities
Drive adoption and usage of the DAM platform across the organization

* Monitor key performance metrics and iterate on the product strategy as needed




Required Skills:
We're looking for candidates with expertise in Digital Asset Management and a strong understanding of DAM best practices. While specific skill requirements may vary based on the unique needs of our client, ideal candidates should possess:



* Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the DAM space
* Deep understanding of DAM principles, workflows, and technologies
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment





Experience:
Demonstrated expertise in a DAM-related role, showcasing a proven history of effectively executing complex projects.

Other Details:


* This is a remote position, with occasional travel to Milan, Italy, required.
* Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Italian is a plus.
* Experience with DAM platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, Bynder, or Widen is preferred.
