Marketing Specialist/ Assistant Manager

My client is a growing IT solution and service provider with footprint in APAC. They're now urgently looking for a marketing talent to join their internal team to support the growth.



Job Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the team to drive tailored marketing activities mainly in Hong Kong, executing online and offline strategies to boost business growth, encompassing brand building, marketing events
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders across functions to achieve business objectives
* Liaise with external parties, such as partners, vendors, and industry associations
* Demonstrate independent experience in managing marketing collaterals, including websites, social media platforms, e-newsletters, media publications, and press releases
* Regularly analyze and review marketing campaigns for effectiveness
* Conduct market research and analysis to grasp market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth
* Take on any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management



Job Requirements:

* At least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a basic understanding of IT industry knowledge
* Proficiency in event marketing
* Strong project management skills, target-driven and detail-minded
* Proactive, self-motivated, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Team player with confidence, creativity, and the ability to work independently
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience in Photoshop or any creative software is an advantage
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, or related fields
* Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is required

*Candidate with different seniority can be considered from Specialist level to Assistant Manager level.
