D365 CE Senior Business Analyst

Leading US based healthcare insurance provider is looking bring on a Senior Business Analyst to provide post Go Live support to the internal team. They are one of the largest insurance providers in the world and have more than 50 locations globally. This is a great opportunity for someone to work on a long-term project.

Responsibilities:

* Design and customize their CRM system
* Conduct testing to ensure the system is functioning properly
* Provide end user support and resolve issues
* Requirements gathering and gap fit analysis
* Oversee and manage CRM projects to ensure timely completion
* Train new users on the system

Requirements:

* Experience in Dynamics CE
* Experience with overseeing CE projects
* Experience working on Sales and Service modules
* Comfortable interfacing with the development team and end users to gather requirements and implementing a functional design layout
