Location - Hybrid, 2/3 days on-site across Oxford, Reading & Southampton
Duration - 8 Months
My client has an opportunity for a LIMS Support Engineer to support them for an initial 8-months with scope to extend.
Essential Skills:
* Provide on-site support to all clients LIMS sites across the UK.
* Deliver a high standard of support to cleints IT users
* Provide 2nd line remote support to end users of LIMS.
* Deliver excellent customer service throughout all engagement with the user in order to improve user satisfaction.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
* Proactively develop the quality of the service offered to the end users and the efficiency of the delivery of that service.
