Your Role:

As a Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Project Manager (m/w/d), you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through the implementation process, from initial planning to post-implementation support. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique business requirements, develop tailored solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.



Key Responsibilities:

* Lead end-to-end project management for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central implementations, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
* Work closely with clients to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish project timelines and deliverables.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of issues.
* Conduct regular project status meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and address any concerns or challenges that may arise.
* Provide training and support to clients during and after the implementation phase to ensure successful adoption of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.



Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
* Proven experience in project management, preferably in ERP implementations, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or similar ERP systems is highly desirable.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a bonus.
