A junior-level Dynamics NAV Developer earns $87,500 a year on average, while a mid-level NAV Developer tends to take home around $96,500 per annum. Nothing trumps experience, of course, as senior-level NAV Developers can earn around $109,500 a year.
Freelance NAV Developers can now justify charging between $80 – 125 an hour on average.
Despite the recent release of Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics NAV saw an increase in popularity in the past year, with 33% of survey respondents reporting proficiency in Dynamics NAV, compared to 30% in 2018. Almost one in five respondents stated that they had experience working with NAV’s successor, Dynamics 365 Business Central.
