A junior-level Dynamics CRM Developer salary in the USA is around $90,000, while a mid-level CRM Developer tends to earn around $118,500. Senior-level Dynamics CRM Developers can expect to earn in the region of $147,500, according to our 2018 Microsoft Dynamics Salary Survey.
Nigel Frank’s salary survey is an annual review of the Microsoft Dynamics environment. As well as determining the typical salary of the many job roles within Dynamics, we also aim to explore trends within the technology, software upgrades and migrations, and the feelings and habits of Dynamics professionals around the world.
Those working on a contract basis can expect to earn between $75 and $155 an hour depending on location and experience. The remote working element of Dynamics is popular among professionals, with two-thirds of survey respondents working from home at least one day a week.
Dynamics CRM is the second most popular Dynamics legacy product, 37% of overall respondents to our salary survey reported proficiency in the technology. Uptake of the Dynamics suite’s new Dynamics 365 CRM apps is also increasing, with 22% of respondents reporting experience with Dynamics 365 for Sales, 18% with Dynamics 365 for Customer Service, and 11% with Dynamics 365 for Field Service; small but steady increases on last year.
Nigel Frank’s Dynamics Salary Survey report is based on information self-reported by almost 1,400 Microsoft Dynamics professionals, spanning a wide range of job titles, industries, and geographic locations.
