Our respondents were asked which benefits they’d most like to receive. 13th month pay (36%) and bonus (30%) were the two most desirable benefits, followed by a quarter (25%) of respondents who would like a company car.

Almost three years after its release, we’re seeing a climb in take-up of Dynamics 365 as new customers adopt the solution, and existing Dynamics users begin to switch over to the new platform. 39% of our end user respondents are using Dynamics 365 and a further 17% expect to use it in the future.
How do you deploy Dynamics 365?
In total, half (50%) of survey respondents said that they would consider relocating to another city or country for work. The top countries listed for relocation were:

In the ten years since we conducted the first Dynamics salary survey, the number of female respondents has grown 6%, from 13% in 2009 to 19% in 2019.
