DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION
When we look at the difference in views across the genders, 76% of male respondents believe that their employer is an equal rights employer compared to 65% of female respondents.
Almost a third (30%) of female respondents say that more could be done for their employer to be an equal rights employer, compared to only 13% of men.
