Nigel Frank named as one of NY’s best companies to work for

We are delighted to announce that we have been nominated for the ‘Best Company to Work for in New York’ award for the 3rd year in a row.

All nominees have been chosen by the Best Companies Group, an independent firm that evaluates and ranks the places of employment in New York based on employee satisfaction and engagement as well as practices and policies.

The nomination is great news for Nigel Frank, In the last 12 months, we have focused on maximizing the employee satisfaction rate, which in turn has resulted in significantly higher retention rates and a massive 62% headcount growth year on year.

Nigel Frank International will be honored at a public awards dinner along with 60 other winning organizations, this will be held at the Albany, Marriott on Tuesday, May 6, 2014, from 5:45 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
