Tuesday 1 December from 9:00 – 11:00

This keynote address sees executives, customers and business thought leaders share perspectives and insights on the cloud. It focusses on predictive analytics, systems of intelligence, the Internet of Things. You will learn how the cloud delivers possibilities that organizations have never before had the luxury of entertaining; it also highlights challenges in terms of compliance, security and trust.

Cybercrime impacts millions of people around the world. David Finn, Executive Director of the Microsoft Digital Crimes Unit, gives you a behind the scenes look at how Microsoft is going on the offensive to stop criminals, refer perpetrators to law enforcement, and create a safe digital world.

Paul Riseborough is the Chief Commercial Officer at Metro Bank PLC, the first new high street bank in the UK for over 100 years. He leads the bank’s Digital, Product and Change Teams in designing customer experiences that make banking easy and enjoyable.

Rafael de los Santos is the New Media Director at Real Madrid, C.F. with responsibility for the Club’s digital strategy and the execution of the overall digital marketing plan. He is a key element in the digital transformation of the Club, one of the most valuable franchises in the sports industry, with more than 400M fans spread all over the world. He is also responsible for managing the relationship with digital partners and agencies on a global basis, leveraging their innovation and digital focus to all of the Club ecosystem.

Since September 2015, Robert Madelin has served as the European Commission’s first ever Senior Innovation Adviser. Robert has led Commission work on investment, Asia-Pacific trade, services and biotech in DG Trade, followed by health, food safety, agricultural innovation and consumer protection (2004-2010) and digital innovation, Internet governance, telecoms unions and media policy (2010-2015).
