Microsoft Convergence 2015 EMEA: CRM Sessions

This keynote digs deep on digital transformation, hosting a series of on-stage conversations on how technology is used to transform businesses and industries.

Neil Holloway joined Microsoft in 1990 and is a software industry veteran with more than 25 years’ experience in key leadership roles. Neil was president of Microsoft Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), where he focused on driving customer satisfaction, improving integration across Microsoft business units.

Susan Hauser has over 25 years of customer, vertical technology, sales and management experience, and is currently the Corporate Vice President for the Enterprise and Partner Group at Microsoft. As the functional leader, she leads over 9,000 field sales and corporate resources in 96 countries representing 53% of the enterprise business.

Abdullatif Awadh, is the Director of Customer Relationship Management at Jumeirah Group, where he leads the development and ongoing execution of data PAGE 6 driven customer marketing programs. He is responsible for the development and execution of CRM strategies that drive annual revenue and profitable growth for the company. He oversees Jumeirah Group’s customer engagement process for marketing and leads the company’s customer acquisition, engagement and retention efforts to drive increased lifetime value at a group level. Abdullatif holds an MBA from Murdoch Business School in Australia.
