Job Description:
As a D365 CRM Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive sales effectiveness and enhance customer relationship management. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for optimizing the utilization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM within the sales function of our client's organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as the subject matter expert on D365 CRM Sales technology, providing insights and recommendations to enhance sales processes and drive efficiency.
* Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the D365 CRM framework.
* Design, configure, and customize D365 CRM modules to align with business needs and optimize sales performance.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather user requirements and provide ongoing support and training to ensure effective utilization of the CRM platform.
* Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements accordingly.
* Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in D365 CRM and sales technology to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

* Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, with a focus on sales modules and functionality.
* Experience in configuring and customizing D365 CRM to meet business requirements.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
* Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functional teams.
* Proven track record of driving sales effectiveness and enhancing customer relationship management through technology solutions.

Other Details:
This is a full-time position based in Fairfield, NJ, with a hybrid work model offering flexibility for remote work (2 days a week work from home). The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $115,000 per annum, along with benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
