We're looking for a Microsoft Specialist & System Administrator with experience in BC and CRM who is passionate about technology and eager to make a real impact. In this role, you'll take ownership of the Microsoft environment and help shape the systems that support their mission.

* Two Business Central installations
* Microsoft 365
* Microsoft Azure

The ideal candidate:

* Solid experience with Microsoft's ecosystem: Dynamics 365, Business Central, Microsoft 365 and Azure
* Understanding of both technology and business value
* Ability to define requirements, coordinate and evaluate external vendor work
* Experience with technical configuration, system administration and documentation
* Strong communication skills with the ability to make complex matters easy to understand
* A hands-on and pragmatic drive to make things happen, even with limited resources
