Roles and responsibilities

* Provide support of MS SQL Database administration
* Identify, analyse, and make improvements to areas of Infrastructure
* Play a key role in infrastructure support, using both Microsoft SQL and Dynamics
* Improve existing technical software and products to more effectively meet specific business requirements
* Work on ticketing systems
* Work alongside multiple international teams

Skills and qualifications

* Excellent knowledge of MS SQL Server Administration
* Experience working in an Active Directory environment
* Experience working in either a Hyper-V or VMware virtualised environment
* Familiarity with ITIL processes and procedures
* Experience with MS AX Dynamics
* Excellent communication skills in English
