Data Technical Lead



Location : Geneva/Vaud
Permanent contract
Languages : French + English fluent



Responsibilities

* Technical lead/governance and responsibility for direct software delivery (part of projects or implementations)
* Responsibility of the developer team, you report to the Delivery Manager
* Close collaboration between you, the functional architect and the PM
* Technical advisor role for the project team and the customer
* Technical leadership around the following aspects : Environment strategy, development and code deployment strategy, integration strategy, ensure all technical best practice
* Find solution for current and future customer's requirements in close collaboration with the functional team and the customer
* Working with 3rd party suppliers on the project to ensure technical alignment
* Ensuring high standard software delivery quality
* Safe and controlled usage of VSTS/Azure DevOps
* Bridge between the offshore team (if there is one) and the customers



Profile

* Bachelor or Master in IT or equivalent
* Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience on complex Middleware projects
* Experience with source control systems (Azure DevOps)
* Strong Azure services knowledge (Logic Apps, Storage, Key Vault, Azure Analytics + Monitor) as well as Azure deployments (ARM + DevOps)
* Strong understanding and knowledge of standards and data interchange formats : REST, SOAP, XML, JSON etc
* Understanding of Dynamics 365 API's, Dynamics 365 system (high level) as well as with Azure Data Factory and SSIS
* Experience as a team manager as well as with customer relationship management
* Experience with some of the following methodologies : Agile, Best Practices, Waterfall...
* Very good communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving mind, leadership skills
* Languages : Fluent in French and English
