Needed, UX specialists looking for unique UX projects dealing with gamifying data to improve performance, output, and productivity. Sales is a pivotal part of all successful companies; optimizing the sales team's outputs is vital to any company's growth. Here you will get to work on a SaaS product used by large clients across the Nordics, UK, and the US. This product turns KPI's into games and has a proven effect on performance. These games are displayed in salesrooms and on mobile devices, creating a competitive environment.



You are going to be a key member of the product team working alongside the principal designer and closely with software engineers to keep innovating the product. Your role will be heavily focused on designing new features for the current product, prototype new ideas, implement them and focus heavily on both web and mobile design. The best candidates for this role will be forward-thinking, customer-centric, and able to create clear visions of the user experience.



Required experience:


- SaaS experience


- Ability to understand what drives engagement to accelerate human performance


- Create superior user experience supported by research, brand strategy, and understanding of our user base and their need


- Experience with conducting user research and testing


- Good understanding of how revenue teams operate


- Creative by nature and able to scope and define new ideas


- Build prototypes


- Experience with Figma
