My client have an immediate need to hire a Field Support Engineer to join their brand new team!
Role & Responsibilities
- 1st and 2nd Line Support
- Customer service is key - you will be the first point of contact for the end users
- Travel to new UK sites when issues arise
Skills & Qualifications
- 3 years Technical Support Experience
- Experience working in an Enterprise level support team
- GSuite experience
- Apple product experience
- Windows 10
