Office 365 Support Analyst - Microsoft Gold Partner

Microsoft Gold Partner require an enthusiastic Support Analyst to join their rapidly growing team. As a company they deal with a variety of clients so not industry aligned and have a number of successful case studies in the Oil and Gas as well as Public Sector and healthcare industries.
This role will be based in the Service Desk under the direction of the Managed Services Team reporting directly into the Support Manager. You will be working on day-to-day support, management and maintenance of cloud services, server infrastructure, business systems and software upgrades having access to the latest cloud technology with their business partnership from Microsoft.
- Microsoft 365 (inc. SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams)
- SQL Server Administration
- Windows 10, Windows Servers
- Demonstrable client facing, support and help desk experience
Not essential but nice to have:
- Microsoft 365 certifications
