MS Dynamics AX/365 - Support Consultant - London - c£45k
Nigel Frank have been appointed by a prestigious Microsoft Gold partner in their search for a Dynamics AX/D365 Support Consultant to join their ever-growing and diverse team.
My client are one of the leading global providers for Dynamics AX/D365, with projects always on the go within the retail, manufacturing, service management and rental markets, amongst others.
They are after a passionate, motivated, organised and an individual with a logical mindset to deliver application support services to both customers and operational processes as and when needed.
CANDIDATES CONSIDERED FROM EUROPE THAT ARE WILLING AND KEEN TO WORK IN THE UNITED KINGDOM.
On a day-to-day basis, the ideal candidate for this position will be expected to:
- Provide prompt and professional 1st and 2nd line support.
- Log incident calls using the support desk system.
- Ensure the effective resolution of calls.
- Test own allocated AX/D365 developments/fixes, prior to delivering to customers.
Key skills required:
- 2 years' experience in Dynamics AX/D365
- Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
- SQL knowledge desirable.
