I'm working with global enterprise Microsoft Gold Partner that are looking for an experienced D365 CE Support Consultant to join the team. My client are experiencing steady growth within their project pipeline and focus on D365 CE implementations across Local Government and Higher Education.
The role will be suited to a candidate who has a background in providing Dynamics 365 CE 3rd line support and is experienced in prioritising/managing tickets and possesses great client facing skills.
What you need:
- Support experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM
- Knowledge of C#*
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
*Desirable though not essential
