They are looking for someone who takes ownership in providing high resolution rates, delivering excellent customer service and thrives off a busy, fast-paced environment.


This role will give you the opportunity to:

Technologies you will get the chance to work with are: Messaging (Exchange, Lync, Proofpoint), SharePoint, Mac, Unix, Voice, Mobile, Jira


Requirements:


- Minimum 2 years as a Help Desk Agent


- College degree preferred


- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
