Dynamics CRM Head of Support, Microsoft Gold Partner, Homebased, £80K
I am working with a Microsoft Gold Partner based in Central London who are looking for a Dynamics CRM Head of Support to join their team, my client specialise in implementing software solutions for their membership sector clients across London and have a fantastic reputation on the market for the quality of the solutions they deliver.
You will be heading up the support team, combining your Dynamics CRM Product knowledge and your experience in Managing a Support team you will be responsible for mentoring and leading the the team to be as effective as possible. You will be given the opportunity to grow within the business and upskill as you will also be given training and opportunities for certifications.
For this role you should have the following experience:
- Strong Dynamics CRM (D365) experience
- Experience managing a team of support Consultants
- Microsoft Partner experience
- Strong Communication and Leadership skills
In return you will be given a salary of up to £80K depending on experience as well as the chance to grow within a organisation that will invest in you, you will be based from home 2-3 days per week but for candidates who live further from London there is the option of being fully remote.
