Customer Insights Analyst
Want to join an exciting consultancy looking for a Customer Insights Analyst.
Working with some of the biggest customers within the Nordics helping customers to get more value out of the marketing that they do towards customer base and leads. You will be working with lead marketers and internal teams to derive value for customers using analytical and technical applications for data mining and customer insight.
You are likely to be a very analytical person with experience in projects within marketing, CRM, or sales. You have developed companies data-driven capabilities and built segmentation models, predictive models, and solutions for follow up and tracking, it is a plus if you are experienced within analytical platforms or tools like Azure, SAS, SPSS, Qlickview, Abode, Salesforce, Oracle, etc. You are a customer-focused, positive thinker with a can-do attitude to tasks.
Must have skills:
- 3-5 years plus experience working as a consultant.
- Customer Insights Analyst or Business Analyst or similar.
- Azure, Power BI, SQL.
- Marketing domain knowledge.
- Swedish Native due to company background checks.
- SAS, SPSS, Qlikview, Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle etc.
- Other programming languages and methods to do tasks within analytics.
- Experience with data integration and data management.
