Dynamics CRM/ 365 Support Manager - London - £80k
I am actively recruiting on behalf an exciting, D365 CE solution provider as they look to bolster their managed service business arm with an enthusiastic Support Manager. This brilliant new role will involve taking the lead in my clients support and managed service function - ensuring best in class support to a broad customer base, whilst leading a small, expanding team.
The position is Central London office based, with flexibility for occasional home based working.
Role & Responsibilities
- Day to day management of D365 CE/ CRM support team - remote/ on-site
- Leading/ mentoring a small Dynamics support team - analysing, improving and implementing best practice processes
- Managing workload/ prioritising tickets, with account/ stakeholder management responsibility
- Occasional hands on CRM system support expertise
Skills & Qualifications
- A proven track record in Dynamics CRM/ D365 Customer Engagement Support
- Team management/ leadership ability (preferably in a partner based environment)
- Methodical approach to support management and managed service delivery
- Strong communication skills written and verbal, with ability to mentor team members
- A fantastic base salary up to £80k
