Job Description

Provide End user support to a range of clients and act as an escalation point for any 1st/2nd line issues.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service

  • Liaise with junior service desk team members and provide upskilling and knowledge transfer to reduce escalation on tickets

  • Maintain and manage

  • Develop, present and implement proposals to improve IT systems and infrastructure.

  • Completing administrative tasks, acknowledging events, checking security logs, logging and progressing change requests and internal change processes.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Broad and up to date Technical Knowledge of key vendor products

  • Ability to prioritise work with minimum supervision

  • Fantastic telephone manner

  • Strong attention to detail in logging and updating support tickets

  • O365 Knowledge

  • Exposure to cloud technology (Ideally Azure)

  • Virtualisation experience in a commerical setting (VMware)

  • Exchange experience

  • Intune

  • SharePoint Online
