As a Senior SharePoint Developer you will be reporting to the Manager Development platforms and tools. You will be responsible for the methods and tools supporting the Sharepoint development area. In this role, you will lead the activities in this area and you will also be active in the daily work with methods, tools and coaching yourself
As a Senior in a team working with Development Platforms and tools you have a key role in driving efficiency in supporting methods and tools for application development in your practice area. To secure that the methodology cover the full delivery life cycle and the different delivery layers.
You should secure that the function can provide Training, guidelines and coaching in the area or responsibility.
*Support SharePoint developers, e.g. by coaching, workshops, technical guidelines
*Plan and execute technical trainings
*Continuously search and drive for improvements
*Create and execute yearly plan for the area
*Budget follow up
*Secure and follow up quality in services delivered
*Secure compliance to common way of working
*Drive and ensure sharing of best practice in the developers community
*Proven solid knowledge and experience in the area of SharePoint development
*Very good knowledge in Development practices
*Excellent communication & presentation skills
*Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
*Experience in effective cooperation in a multi-cultural environment
*Drive for result with a business focus
*Ability to create a business and trustful relationship with various stakeholders
