A growing Microsoft Consultancy are looking for a number of Data Consultants to join their impressive team. You will work from home, with some element of travel to client sites when required, and to company conferences and events. For this reason, they're able to consider candidates across the UK.

This role sits within the specialist Data & AI practice within the company - focused on providing cutting-edge data solutions to their varied client base, predominantly on Azure.

You'll work as part of an Agile team, working on projects end-to-end, from requirement gathering right through to delivering end-user training. As such, you will be someone who enjoys being both technically hands-on as well as using your softer skills to articulate complex ideas to stakeholders and build trusting relationships.

Example projects may involve: designing and implementing robust ETL solutions, designing and implementing data lakes with a medallion design approach, and migrating on-premises data solutions to Azure.

This role would be really well-suited to a Data Engineer or BI Developer looking to take their first-step into Consultancy, or an existing Consultant who is ready for the next step in their career - being a Microsoft Partner, they are committed to supporting you through your Microsoft Certifications with a huge emphasis on personal and professional development!

Requirements:

* Strong skills in SQL and/or Python
* Understanding of SSIS, SSRS, SSAS
* Strong experience with data warehousing - either on-premises or on Azure
* Some experience or knowledge of the Azure Platform - e.g. Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Databricks
* Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving things

Business Central Systems Specialist



My client is looking for a Business Central Systems Specialist, to join this forward-thinking Manufacturing organisation. The successful candidate will play a key role in taking ownership of the ERP system (D365 Business Central) across multiple sites, working closely with the internal team/stakeholders and the 3rd party provider and ensuring overall efficiency.

This role offers hybrid working

Responsibilities will include

* Upgrading all sites to D365 Business Central and ensuring the smooth running of all systems, including user support, go-live and project work
* Working closely with the external system integrator to document requirements, offer support to the design and configuration, and undertake user training when required
* Management and liaising with the 3rd party provider
* Evaluating projects, looking for any areas of improvement and further development, ensuring overall efficiency and streamlining processes
* System maintenance - identifying areas of improvement

* Conception et développement : Concevoir et développer des modèles de données, des entrepôts de données, des tableaux de bord interactifs, des rapports et des visualisations en utilisant les outils et les technologies BI appropriés. Assurer la qualité, la performance et la convivialité des solutions proposées.



* Intégration des données : Collecter, nettoyer, transformer et intégrer des données provenant de différentes sources en utilisant des outils ETL afin de garantir l'intégrité des données et la cohérence des informations fournies.



* Analyse et interprétation : Extraire des informations significatives à partir des données collectées et fournir des analyses approfondies aux clients. Identifier les tendances, les modèles et les anomalies, et formuler des recommandations pour soutenir la prise de décision.



* Formation et support : Fournir une formation aux utilisateurs finaux sur les outils et les fonctionnalités de la BI, ainsi qu'un support technique continu pour résoudre les problèmes et répondre aux demandes des clients.

Qui êtes-vous ?

De formation Bac+4/5 en informatique (Ecole d'ingénieur ou université), vous possédez une expérience professionnelle réussie d'au moins 6 ans dans le domaine de la BI, avec une expérience démontrée dans la conception, le développement et la mise en œuvre de solutions BI (modélisation de données, langage de requêtes, ETL, Base de données).



Votre niveau en anglais vous permet de communiquer aisément dans un contexte international.



Une connaissance approfondie des Cloud Publics majeurs ( Azur, GCP, AWS…) est un plus appréciable.

Vous êtes bon communicant, orienté client, bon esprit d'analyse, esprit d'équipe, pédagogue, sens de l'organisation et fortes capacités d'adaptations.
