Roles & Responsibilities
* Proactively identify and manage the implementation service improvement activities, reviewing data and acting on feedback to create ways of working more efficiently to reduce costs, increase revenue, and create value for the customer.
* Complete monthly reporting relating to service performance, customer satisfaction, customer revenue and margin, and sales forecast reporting.
* Manage and Lead Service Reviews and Service Review documentation with customers, executive management, operational staff and suppliers. Keep under constant review for improvement.
* Experience working in a similar role with excellent customer facing skills
* Strong organizational skills
* Strong communications skills
* Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information
