Information Security Consultant - Banking sector

London (hybrid / remote) - Up to £100k + benefits

This leading bank are going through a huge digital transformation. They're a private wealth bank with a very low risk tolerance. Typically, when the market struggles, they do really well, and at the moment, they're Europe's most cash rich bank. Their culture is really laid back and they're all about the people, they want people to feel very much empowered, and to continue to have a culture where it's all about collaboration.

They have two opportunities for Information Security Consultants to join their team (one is more focused on Azure technologies, and the other more generalist InfoSec). These are senior roles within their Information Security Secure Change Team with accountability for acting as the lead Security Consultant on large initiatives within the business.



Essential experience:

* Extensive experience of information security (technical and non-technical aspects)
* Experience securing cloud platforms ideally within Azure
* Understanding of Information Security best practice and regulatory requirements
* Represent Information Security with Business stakeholders as a trusted advisor, so excellent communication skills to deal with C Level suite is required

Nice to have:

* Hold or have the capability to attain appropriate external qualifications, such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), relevant cloud-based certifications.
