A Swindon based financial services provider are looking for a Dynamics 365 CE Lead Functional Analyst to join their newly formed and growing in-house team. The role is home based with the requirement to be in the Swindon office twice per month, travel to and from the office is expensed.

You will join a dedicated Dynamics 365 team consisting of developers, system analysts and an architect where you'll report into a PM. Under your role you will line manage a team of 5 which will mainly be made up of developers with some analysts. You will work with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements to be passed to the developers as well as managing stakeholder relationships and driving user adoption. The newly formed team is working in an Agile environment which is also being rolled out and adopted by the wider IT teams.

• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365


• Skilled in customisation and configuration


• Experienced working in an Agile environment


• Line management experience is essential


• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
