MS Dynamics 365 CE 2nd Line Support Consultant - Remote - Up to £55k Per Year - Permanent
I am currently working with a MS Dynamics 365 Partner who are looking for a D365 CE 2nd Line Support Consultant on a remote basis. The role would be working on the support desk with this Gold Partner doing 2nd line duties but assist at 3rd line when needed.
- Experience participating in CRM Technical upgrades
- Provide end user support via the Service Desk - Identify, log, and resolve all reported incidents.
- Prioritise tickets based on the business needs.
- Provide business application administration, support, and training
- Managing the documentation and administration of information systems, ensuring that all actions comply with IT Policy and Procedures
- Supporting the development of project plans
