1st/ 2nd line Service Engineer
Nigel Frank International have partnered with a client to hire a talented Service Engineer to join their team.
Our client is a business that prides itself on the communications for customers and ensuring that expectations are met and exceeded consistently.
This role is focused on customer service, working on the helpdesk to provide phone, email and remote support for customers who are both external and internal. The client is highly focused on ensuring that all customer needs are prioritised and that they receive the best service along the way.
A crucial part of this role is communication so this is a priority requirement. Your responsibility will include logging all support calls and incidents and ensuring that tickets are logged as this is a ticket based business management platform. As well as this you will provide customers with a high standard of customer service within agreed process guidelines as well as defined SLA agreements.
The successful candidate will have:
- Exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of installing operating systems
- Troubleshooting/ Problem solving skills
- Knowledge of computer hardware
- Personal time management skills
The role on offer is a permanent role that can be hybrid or remote working with the candidate being able to gain security clearance.
