Nigel Frank International have partnered with a growing Microsoft Gold Partner to hire a talented and experienced Support Manger to join their ever expanding team.
This role is based in the Service Desk and you will be under direction of the Client Services Manager and the role will offer you the chance to work for an organisation that boasts a great working environment, an energetic atmosphere and not to forget opportunities for work and training.
In this role you will be responsible for managing a team of Technical Support Analysts who provide 1st line Support, owning and completing tickets and triaging. Where the 1st line of support are unable to resolve the issue this would then be escalated to the 2nd and 3rd line.

To be successful in this role you will need to have:
Excellent communication skills
Experience working in a fast paced environment
Experience of managing a team
To be motivated and a self starter
Experience in management on help desks in IT
Knowledge of O365, Sharepoint, Teams, Azure, Active Directory and related Microsoft Technologies.
This is a full time, permanent role based in Sunbury on Thames with a salary of £35k-£50k
