Azure BI Developer - Home-based - £45k
Please note - this role requires you to be based in the UK and have the unrestricted right to work in the UK. This is a home-based role which will require you to travel to Oxfordshire once per week.
A fantastic financial organisation based in the Oxfordshire area are looking to recruit an experienced BI Developer to join their growing data team. This role offers the opportunity to work from home with the requirement to attend the office at least once a week.
In this role you will work daily with technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake and Power BI. You will be responsible for creating end-to-end BI solutions, developing the Azure Data Warehouse, assisting in the creation of interactive Power BI reports and dashboards ad well as working on a range of interesting projects. You will also have the opportunity to work with emerging technologies such as Azure Data Bricks. This organisation is currently undergoing a large digital transformation and, as such, this role is certainly one which will be varied and challenging.
To be a good fit for this role you should be an experienced BI Developer with excellent communication skills and the following technical experience:
- Strong experience with SQL Server plus T-SQL
- Strong experience With SSIS for ETL development
- A good understanding of Power BI
- A good understanding of Kimball methodology and Data Warehouse development
- Commercial experience with MS Azure - preferably with Azure Data Factory
