My Dublin-based client is looking for a Support Consultant to join the team on a permanent basis to provide customer support across Microsoft Dynamics products (particularly NAV / Business Central / Navision).
- Be part of a team that manages implementation projects for Microsoft Dynamics products (NAV, Dynamics 365, AX).
- Responsible for customer support, being the first point of contact for customer queries and issues.
- Research and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Prioritise tickets in adherence to strict Service Level Agreements.
- Escalate queries to senior members of the team when necessary.
- Previous experience as a Support Consultant / Analyst for ERP systems (e.g. MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle)
- Candidates with experience in MS Dynamics products (NAV / Business Central, Dynamics 365, AX) extremely advantageous
- Strong background in a customer-facing role with an ability to handle technical queries
- Experience working with Finance, Oil & Gas, Accounting, or Manufacturing industries would be a plus
Essential and Desirable Skills
- Strong IT / financial systems knowledge
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of finance and/or oil & gas industries would be ideal
