A national manufacturer and supplier are looking to grow their back office team with a Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform Support Consultant, to work alongside their CRM Manager. The role is split between some on site working in the future and home based working, offering up to £30,000.
The role is varied ranging from administrating their internal D365 and Power Platform systems and working on projects to scope, design and build new features on the system to meet user requirements and optimise user performance. You will be mentored and work with an experienced CRM Manager, working hands on with the tech and working with the users to gather requirements and provide training to users. You will also provide 1st line support on Dynamics and Power Platform and utilise Power BI to produce reports for a range of stakeholders.
The requirements are…
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE
- Knowledge of PowerApps and Power Automate
- Familiar with customisation and configuration of Dynamics 365 CE
- Knowledge of reporting with Power BI
- Experience training and supporting users on Dynamics and Power Platform
- Strong communication and team working skills
