This Microsoft partner is actively looking to bring on a Dynamics 365 ERP Practice Sales. - Remote US + 40-50%+ US travel
- OTE around $265k - $215k base, max incentive is 2x base; any sales above target is multiplied
- $7-10M Quota, long sales cycles
- Upselling current customers
- Enterprise Dynamics sales experience, tech expertise
Ideal candidate should have at least 5 years' recent/current experience in sales role for MS Dynamics Services
Location: Seattle is preferred.
- C2 Level, with at least 15 years' experience
- Solid Dynamics ERP person (CRM knowledge is a plus). Should be Outstanding in any ONE i.e. Finance & SCM / HCM / Retail. Good working knowledge on others.
- Understands the basic architecture/Technology F/W of Dynamics.
- Outstanding Consulting skills
- Good Analytical skills
- Excellent Communicator
- Exposure to customer handling and presentations/ customer workshops/ customer due diligence etc.
- Independently able to handle any customer/customer visits/customer workshops etc.
- Good at Estimation Methodologies
- Exposure to Scrum / Agile Execution Models and Understand the nuances of the same.
- Apt in preparing decks etc. and also present his/her POV to customer/Internal Stakeholders convincingly
- Driving a team of Functional Consultants
